Technical assistance for the preparation of due diligence of detailed design and cost estimate for Foca - Hum new road, and gap analysis of the existing Feasibility study and ESIA
Assignment objective is to provide the Banks with the information, analysis and recommendations to comprehensively assess, structure and approve the infrastructure project, by performing technical assessment, demand forecast, economic analysis, green assessments, environmental and social assessment, road safety audit and gender analysis.
T-MODE will provide a designated staff member for the sub-project, and will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Undertake necessary missions and site visits
- Assist SNKE Transport Economist in review the earlier prepared Feasibility Study (FS) and CBA and assist SNKE Transport Economist in proposal and agreement with Client assumptions on how to convert the corridor forecasts
