Preparation of Cost-Benefit Analysis and Application Form for the construction of a link between Burgas Railway Station and Burgas Airport under the project
The main objective of this assignment is to prepare the necessary documents for applying for funding for the construction of a connection between Burgas Railway Station and Burgas Airport. The assignment includes the following tasks to be completed:
- Task 1 - Preparation of traffic forecasts by transport type.
- Task 2 - Preparation of the Preliminary Design (АРП)Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) for the construction of a railway connection to Burgas Airport.
- Task 3 - Preparation of the Application Form and other supporting documents in accordance with the applicable regulations and requirements for the 2021-2027 programming period.
- Task 4 - Assistance until the approval of Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) the Preliminary Design (АРП) and Application Form (ФKAF) by JASPERS and/or other competent authorities.
