Selection of a contractor for the consultancy service for the preparation of the Funding Application Form (FA), Lot 1 - Construction of Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo Motorway
The main purpose of this assignment is to develop the application for funding from European shared management funds under Programme Transport Connectivity (PTC) 2021 - 2027 of the project “Ruse – Veliko Tarnovo Motorway”.
The road section "Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo" is part of the Pan-European corridor (European transport corridor number IX), connecting Europe with Istanbul and the Middle East, and from there with Africa. The construction of a motorway in the direction Ruse - Veliko Tarnovo will greatly improve the flow of goods and will lead to a reduction in traffic accidents on the existing I-5 road.The tasks include work on the activities
- Preparation of traffic forecast
- Participation in the preparation of a Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA)
- Participation in the completion of the funding application form (AF), in the part related to the transport model and the traffic forecast
